Dear Sir
My wife and I are in our late 80's and are finding that our sight and hearing are not as acute as they were a few years ago. After searching for some time for the driver's licensing bureau on Bel-Red Road, we stopped at your establishment to enlist help in finding directions.
One of your men, Colin Richards, responded to our question, but when it was evident that we were not sure we would find the place, graciously stated "wait here, I'll get an automobile and lead you to that office". He did that - not condescendingly - but because he is the kind of person, who by nature, does the kind thing, for a stranger in need.
We are impressed that your company is staffed by these kind of employees.
